Rand McNally just launched a new personal navigation device (PND) called the GPS Navigator. I could not find a press release so I am not sure of the release date, but you can see the devices on the Rand McNally home page.
I am not sure that it is an official launch since the site says that the device will not begin shipping until September 22nd.
